Our Process
We define success as improvement. Everything we do revolves around this goal. Those who buy in reap the reward, and those who donβt, become victim to our worst enemy: complacency.
Hereβs how we break things down to ensure long-lasting success.
-
βItβs better to see something once than to hear about it one thousand times.β
We know that our athletes get good at what they spend time doing. So we spend our time intentionally modeling and practicing the way we play.
To create consistency on our courts, every coach uses research-based coaching principles. Our coaches check their egos at the door and apply these proven coaching principles every day.
-
βYou can make excuses or you can make things happen. You canβt do both.β
Itβs not rocket science. We simplify the complexity of improvement by focusing on small, repeatable efforts. Positive reinforcement and praise create exponential growth and compounding results.
With our coaches as their guide, every athlete knows their goal and weβll celebrate the progress together.
-
βWhatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.β
Growth lives outside our comfort zones. To strengthen our minds we must learn to embrace failure and perform under intense pressure. We play how we practice, imperfect, but with purpose. Accepting where we are while pushing the limits.
Our ultimate goal is to give athletes an upper hand on the court, but more importantly, in life.
βOur process is how we execute. Our values are how we live.β
At our core we believe it all comes down to trust.
Trust our Teammates. Trust our coaches. Trust ourselves.
